The one-off award, which has never been presented before, was given to ‘the most outstanding and successful leader’ in each of the four Weight Watchers regions. She beat 500 other leaders in her South West and Channel Islands region – which covers Birmingham and Wales down to the Channel Islands.

33-year-old Lizzie is one of three Weight Watchers leaders in the Island and this was the second year running that she was honoured at the national conference – in 2012 she was given the Jean Nidetch Award, named after the founder of Weight Watchers, which is presented to the most inspiring leader in each region.
