Treasury's predicted growth will not happen, says expert

Jon Moulton told an audience of business leaders last week that he believed there was a ‘four-in-five chance’ that Treasury Minister Philip Ozouf’s growth projections would not be achieved.

Mr Moulton was speaking at the Jersey Chamber of Commerce lunch at the Pomme d’Or Hotel. He also said that the Island would have to make its mind up what sort of relationship it wants to have in future with Europe.
