The document will be issued by the new Electoral Commission, which held its first meeting on Thursday after the election earlier that week of its three lay members.
Former Burger King chief executive Colin Storm, Horizon and Newsnight producer Dr Jonathan Renouf and Highlands principal Professor Edward Sallis were appointed by the States on Wednesday and are serving alongside Senator Sir Philip Bailhache, the chairman, St Mary Constable Juliette Gallichan and Deputy James Baker. At Thursday’s meeting Mr Storm was also appointed to serve as vice-chairman.
Commenting on that decision, Mr Storm said: ‘I am pleased to be appointed as vice-chairman of the Electoral Commission and look forward to hearing Islanders’ views on how we can develop a suitable package of reform for the States Assembly.
