As the closing date for entries on 8 May fast approaches, there are already 255 confirmed runners for the half marathon, with 87 visitors from throughout the UK, France and even one from Holland.
A total of 53 runners are also confirmed in the two-mile junior race. But organisers are hoping to at least match last year’s number of 400 entries into the adult event – especially as many runners leave it to the last minute to enter.
Entry forms are available from Total Sport, Beaumont, and at local leisure centres and other sports shops, and should be sent as soon as possible to the address at the bottom of the form, as late entry fees do apply. You can also enter online, download entry forms and get more information at www.jerseyhalf.com.
