Senator could still face States sanction

A letter is on its way to the Senator from the Privileges and Procedures Committee, which is responsible for governing the behaviour of States Members. Committee president St Clement Constable Derek Gray confirmed the committee had discussed the issue at a meeting earlier this week. He said that a sub-group had been set up and was due to meet today to consider what action, if any, is to be taken against the Senator. The sub-group members are Mr Gray himself, the Constable of St Mary, Ken Le Brun and St Mary Deputy Juliette Gallichan.
