TWO of the relay races in the Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon last Sunday were won by local teams.
The men’s race was won by the Jersey Spartan Athletic Club team of Dave Ibbotson, Andy Murphin, Phil Ahier, Wade Le Marquand and Toby Edwards
The women’s race was won by the winners of two years ago, the Jersey Hash House Hariets – Angela Raimbault, Danielle Mason, Sylvia Thompson, Linda Wright and Kieranne Sheehy. And the mixed event was won by Wootton Road Runners – Allstarts.

There was also a team event in the full marathon and the winning teams were as follows:
Men: Jon Coote, Jack Johnson-Deeley, Jerry Keen and Gerry Toudic 12.18.00
Women: Jo Gorrod, Kerry Petulla, Sarah Corcoran and Carol Knight 13.08.00
Mixed: Ray Plant, Mark Flint, Michele Buckle and Melanie Young 11.47.42
