Adding flower power to a local charity's fundraising

Battle of Flowers organisers introduced a chosen charity in 2009. Event director Jackie Donald said: ‘We always choose a small local charity and this year Diabetes Jersey was suggested by the board.

DO you fancy lending Diabetes Jersey your support at this Friday’s Moonlight Parade?

They are looking for 20 people to help them sell programmes and shake buckets in the parade arena between 6.30 pm and 11 pm on Friday. These can either be a group of colleagues or from an organisation. Anyone who can help can contact Colin Duckworth on 07797 822769.
