The Samarès singers were brilliant

From Linda Huard.
MAY I express my disappointment in your review of the Jersey Symphony Orchestra’s performance at Fort Regent last Saturday.
While praising the orchestra, the adult choirs and the soloists, your review made absolutely no mention of the fantastic choir from Samarès School.
These children, aged between eight and 11, had been working on their part for months. They knew not only all their words, but many of those sung by the adult choir.
They performed fantastically on the night and played a key part. I know they will be all so disappointed not to receive a mention.
So, on behalf of all those who feel they merit recognition for their fantastic performance, well done – you were all brilliant!
