States to debate minister's actions

Privileges and Procedures Committee member Deputy Gerard Baudains has lodged a proposition asking the States to express its disapproval of the Senator’s conduct in relation to the open letter he sent to millionaire property developer Richard Brocken. The St Clement Deputy also wants fellow politicians to force him to resign from the Privileges and Procedures Committee. The Deputy contends it would be hypocritical of the Senator to continue to be a member of the committee.
