Cat burglar laps it up with a girl's swimsuit

Fluke the thieving feline, who has ‘form’ for pinching underwear, socks and gardening gloves, took the girl’s swimming costume from a garden in St Clement on Wednesday and took it home with him.

The cat owner’s daughter took to Facebook in an attempt to return the costume, and even contacted the States police to confess that her cat had committed the crime.

Shortly after a photo of the culprit was posted on Facebook, the owner of the swimming costume – who lives next door to the nine-year-old cat – came forward and it was returned to her.
