The wheel deal!

Youngster Ryan O’Shea (17), the youngest cyclist to take part at a Games for Team Jersey, has a wealth of experience to draw on in the shape of team-mate Chris Spence, who has been competing at the biennial event since his debut as a sprint athlete way back in 1987, while cycling manager Andy Hamon, has been competing or managing since his debut in 1995.

The others in the men’s team are Robin Ovenden and UK Youth riders Greg Mansell and Richard Tanguy..

The women’s team consists of Kim Ashton – road race champion at the Isle of Wight Games in 2011 – and Sue Townsend who won the time-trial silver medal.
