At the Geoff Reed Centre at the FB Fields, Marcin Jurkiewicz ploughed the furrow for Pegasus, winning his three against young Jordan Wykes and Eugene Ellis and then coming from 2-0 down to disappoint Hugo Tupper.
Chris Morshead added two more points for the divisional leaders, beating Wykes 3-1 and then Ellis 3-2 – 13-11 in the decider – but succumbing 3-1 to Tupper’s power.
A lack-lustre Josh Band beat Ellis 3-0 but was defeated by Tupper and Wykes, 3-0 and 3-2 respectively.
Band and Jurkiewicz won an entertaining doubles, 11-2, 9-11, 17-15, 11-8 to complete the overall victory.
