Ambassadeur hat-trick for Jersey U21s

At the Track, Charlie Petulla finished off a flowing move to break the deadlock on the stroke of half time and Harrison Jukes, later named man-of-the-match, made it 2-0 after he controlled a ball behind Guernsey’s defence before rifling home a rising shot nine minutes from the end.

It was no more than Jersey deserved as they restricted Guernsey to few chances throughout, despite Jersey goalkeeper Nick Ashley probably being the busier of the two stoppers.

Jersey’s victory completed a hat-trick of U21 successes and levelled the series and 12 wins apiece.
