Eight new members of staff have joined in the past four months, following the firm’s rebranding from Volaw Group, including three trainees.
Trust officer Lucinda Gouveia has joined from Intertrust and also new is senior fund administrator Olivia Grimstead. Previous Volaw employee Emily Roque has returned after three years, while Jake Huckerby joined as a trainee in the compliance team.
Managing director Mark Hucker said: ‘As part of our rebranding we wanted to bring our recruitment strategy into line with the new face of VG. By actively looking for the right people who can help to shape the future of the business and then offering those people a stimulating career path and experience, we are building a “family” committed to a common purpose.’
