Motorist suffers ‘minor injuries’ in Coast Road collision

ISLANDERS are being asked to avoid a stretch of the Coast Road after a single-vehicle collision this afternoon.

Police are urging drivers to avoid the area between Green Island and Le Hocq, taking alternative routes where possible, while they deal with a single-car collision involving a tree.

The driver was taken to hospital to be checked with reported “minor injuries” after the collision at 3:50pm this afternoon, officers said.
