A FORMER teacher will be sentenced in the Royal Court next year after admitting a string of sexual offences.
Alan Geoffrey Falle (35) appeared before the Magistrate’s Court this week charged with 12 counts of abuse of trust by a sexual act against a person aged 16 or 17 under the Sexual Offences (Jersey) Law 2018.
He was remanded in custody after pleading guilty to all 12 charges. Due to the seriousness of the charges, the case was committed to Royal Court for sentencing.
A States police spokesperson said: “Alan Geoffrey Falle (35) has been charged with 12 offences under the Abuse of Position of Trust, Article 18 [of the] Sexual Offences (Jersey) Law 2018.
“He’s pleaded guilty to all 12 charges in the Magistrate’s Court and has been remanded in custody to be sentenced by the Superior Number of the Royal Court on 17 March 2026. Due to the ongoing court process, we are unable to comment further at this stage.”
