Just days after Storm Angus – the first named storm of the season – brought down dozens of trees across the Island, gales are again expected to batter the Island from this evening.
Jersey Met say the winds are due to reach severe gale force nine by midnight – and possibly hit storm force ten.
A red wind warning – the highest level of alert – has been issued.
