ASL Executive Services, which was launched on Thursday, is offering a number of courses accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Development, including the Level 2 Team Leader Essentials, the First Line Manager programme and a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
The Level 2 accreditation may also be adapted for sixth form students as part of the Personal and Social Development (PSD) curriculum, with business ‘role models’ in the community sharing their experience with a new generation of potential leaders.
The new centre, a division of ASL Recruitment in Church Street, will be headed by Edith Coleman, an experienced HR professional with a background in financial services in Jersey who has recently been working for the government of Northern Ireland.
