He and his fellow directors have developed a relationship with the charity over the past few years which has led to them taking on from JET the first full-time worker to be employed on a building site. And this has made Greg all the more passionate about trying to help others.
He said that the range of disability of those who were helped by the trust was vast. ‘Some people have anxiety problems or have fallen on bad times – they cover absolutely everything,’ said Greg, who first got involved when he went along to help with mock interviews.
