The business was engulfed in flames during the early hours of Monday, leading neighbours to flee their homes and seek shelter in St Brelade’s Parish Hall, which was turned into an evacuation centre.
After teams from the States Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the blaze the firefighters, along with engineers, spent much of Monday making sure the building was structurally safe so they could enter the property.
