On Friday, Grahame Underwood, who developed the dual site plan, said that although the hotels – the Stafford and the Revere – were not needed for the development, they could prove valuable to the Hospital in the coming years.
He made the comment as he gave evidence at the Health, Social Services and Housing Scrutiny panel.
