Ellie Goulding, who burst onto the UK’s music scene in 2010 with her debut album, Halcyon, was last week named Best British Female at the 2014 BRIT Awards.
She followed that up with 2012’s Lights and has sold a total of three million albums and ten million singles worldwide.
Jersey Live co-organiser Warren Holt said that he was ‘delighted’ to reveal Ellie Goulding, who appeared on The Graham Norton Show last night, as the festival’s first headliner.
