The new premises will allow the Jersey trust and corporate services teams to be able to work in the same premises for the first time since the group acquired Basel Trust, which completed last July.
The Basel transaction doubled the group’s headcount in the Island and the new office will house the combined operation.
First Names Jersey managing director Mark Pesco said that everyone in the team had been looking forward to moving to 37 Esplanade for months.
