Save Jersey’s Heritage is one of the few groups in the Island that has spoken publicly about the plans for a six-storey glass office block next to the Grand Hotel.
They say that the proposed building, which would run from 66 – 72 Esplanade – is too different from its surroundings and introduces an element of chaos to the area.
