Construction worker Paul Bellas (43), who says that the Island’s system is letting down ordinary people, wants the Council of Ministers to agree to a free public question time meeting with Islanders.
Mr Bellas said that he came up with the idea for an open meeting after spending several weeks trying in vain to speak to politicians about his job seeking and housing plight during a two-month period of unemployment.
