The It’s A Knockout style games, featuring ten Jersey parishes and their Norman twin towns, saw a fierce but friendly competition take place at the Les Quennevais Sports Centre.
Each team consisted of 14 members – with an equal number from Jersey and France – who were put through their paces in a tournament which organisers say is designed to promote teamwork and good relations between the groups.
St Brelade Constable Steve Pallett said that the event, which was hosted by his parish, had been a success.
