The organisation says that domestic violence victims are increasingly being harassed or stalked by their partners, who are taking advantage of technological advances to monitor the women.
Sammy Price, deputy manager of Jersey Women’s Refuge, said that women who had already suffered at the hands of a partner were at risk of further physical and emotional harm.
