However, not all of the commission members agree with their chairman, who stood on a platform of electoral reform when he returned to the States in 2011 and is in favour of keeping the Constables in the States.
Commission member former Newsnight and Horizon producer Dr Jonathan Renouf has joined the A Team campaign.
At a public meeting on Friday, he spoke in favour of that option and the removal of the Constables from the States.
St Helier Deputy James Baker is the only other member of the commission to have confirmed his views on reform and joins Senator Bailhache in the B camp.
Independent members Colin Storm and Professor Ed Sallis declined to share their views with the JEP other than to say that they were in favour of reform and would not therefore be supporting Option C at the referendum on 24 April.
The sixth member of the commission, St Mary Constable Juliette Gallichan, said that she had not yet decided whether she would reveal her preference.
