All five Scrutiny panels have now completed their reviews of the Medium Term Financial Plan, which sets spending limits for departments for the next three years.
Their findings have been brought together in a report by the Corporate Services Scrutiny panel, which was published this week.
Although the backbenchers sitting on the panels support the broad aims of the plan and say that it represents a ‘significant step in the management of public finances in Jersey’, they have raised a number of concerns.
