Although some teams will have stuck the last flower onto their exhibit before it even gets dark tomorrow, other teams won’t be seeing their beds at all tomorrow night, as they will be working until the early hours of Thursday morning putting the finishing touches to their floats.

With so much dedication and hard work going into all of the exhibits, the Battle teams would all love to see lots of friendly faces and hear words of encouragement throughout tomorrow afternoon and evening. So why not go along and show some support to some of the teams tomorrow as they enter the final stages of float flowering?

If you’ve never been involved with a Battle float before then it is perhaps only by seeing the exhibits in the final stages of the building and decorating process that you can truly appreciate all the hard work and effort that the teams put in in order to get their floats looking perfect for the big day.

Months and months of hard work have been building towards this week, so take a walk down to your nearest shed and see what’s going on and show some support. Or, if you fancy making a night of it, why not get in the car with your family or friends, a bag of sweets and a map and head off on your own unofficial pre-Battle tour?

Most of the float-building venues should have signs on the roads, in case you get lost – see how many of the following sheds and marquees you can make it around!
