After more than two months spent presenting evidence and arguments before a Royal Court Commissioner and two Jurats, the case against Magistrate-designate Ian Christmas, John Lewis, Russell Foot and James Cameron will come to an end next week.
The four defendants deny all charges relating to misleading investors or fraudulently inducing investments for various American property ventures.
Royal Court Commissioner Sir Christopher Pitchers gave his summary and adjourned the case after hearing Advocate Mike Preston’s closing speech on behalf of his client, Mr Cameron. Jurats Fisher and Nicolle then began their final review of the case, with a decision expected next week
