Jeffrey’s Leap Cafe, which overlooks Anne Port Bay, is on sale for £700,000 and more than 50 people attended an open viewing at the weekend.
Andrew Roberts, a director of Mulberry Estates, who are selling the property, said that it was in a unique location with a ‘staggering view’.
