The label, which sells school trousers for as little as £3, baby clothes from £2.50 and adult jeans from £5, is likely to open in the spring.
The news is expected to be welcomed by Islanders, who have faced huge rises in the cost of living during the last year, with inflation standing at five per cent.
The shop, which will be opened by SandpiperCI, will create 30 jobs.
The JEP understands that the store could be in Liberty Wharf, which still has several empty units.
