The head of banking for RBC Wealth Management’s global trust business, Chris Blampied, has been appointed as president of the Jersey Bankers Association.
He succeeds Joe Moynihan from AIB Jersey, who stood down in September, having served his two-year term.
Mr Blampied, who is also the managing director of Royal Bank of Canada (Channel Islands) Ltd, said that he was honoured to have been chosen to represent the banking community.
