Topics on the wide-ranging agenda will include a round-up of the most recent litigation cases affecting the trust industry and claims against trustees, the holding of yachts and planes as trust assets.

A topic that will be of general interest is the emergence of Wyoming as a trust jurisdiction, and an address will be given by Wyoming trust lawyer Christopher Reimer.

Other subjects will include the current state of world markets and asset allocation, as well as a regulatory update.

The all-day conference takes place on Friday 4 November at the Pomme d’Or Hotel and will be opened by Treasury Minister Philip Ozouf.
