Senator Freddie Cohen will be giving judgment on Dandara’s revised application to build a seven-bedroom house and swimming pool on the site of the former Zanzibar restaurant in St Brelade’s Bay.

And he will also be deciding upon plans to demolish the Metropole Hotel and renovate Hastings Villas and the Granary on Roseville Street and Hastings Road to build 187 flats.

There have been 17 objections to the plans for the Metropole hotel site and six objections to the Zanzibar site application.
