Their achievements were recognised at the first ever graduation ceremony arranged by the Jersey branch of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

It was a particularly noteworthy night at the Hotel de France for Ashleigh Blackmore of Ogier as she celebrated winning the title of Trident Trust best overall student of 2010.

Not only did she take that award but she also won two national awards for securing the best marks in the country for the separate exams.

Miss Blackmore got the highest score in the country for both the business management in practice paper and in the offshore trusts and companies exam. She took the exams as part of her study for the ICSA diploma in offshore finance and administration.
