The towering Swede should have come excellent competition with current Team Sky rider Peter Kennaugh being named in the Isle of Man’s provisional line-up for the event.

Such has been the phenomenal success of the previous Bank Holiday weekend events, this year’s main races are already full with another tremendous day of racing in prospect.
