Senator Jim Perchard had asked in the States how much each legal firm who had represented the individual members of Family X and the Crown had been paid from 1 January to date.
That cost covers proceedings instituted by then Health Minister Ben Shenton in respect of the children of Family X and subsequent judicial reviews and appeal proceedings.
