FORT Regent swimming pool, including the training pool, was by far the best facility the Island has ever had, and closing it down has been one of the biggest disasters the powers that be have ever made, although I could name many more.
The maths just does not add up and never did. In 2015 Jersey is to be host to the Island Games again.
Where will the many swimming events be held? I suggest that anyone who still feels strongly about this, particularly in view of the huge cost of Aquasplash, writes, or sends emails, to as many States Members as you can.
