Former world super middleweight champions Steve Collins and Nigel Benn are the star attractions at a function being labelled as ‘Unfinished Business’ by newly-formed company Black Tie Promotions.
Islanders Trudi Roscouet and Craig Culkin, an amateur boxer of note, have set up the event-based company and in conjunction with an agent in the United Kingdom they are planning further sporting theme dinners.
Roscouet said: ‘Obviously with Craig’s boxing connections getting Steve Collins and Nigel Benn to Jersey it is a fantastic start for us. We are officially announcing the function, which will also be raising funds for charity, this weekend and already there has been a lot of interest shown for tables.
