From David Moody.

IT beggars belief that in the 21st century people in Jersey can get away with discriminating against members of our ‘inclusive’ community.

The licensee of the Havana Club is legally entitled to refuse entry to anybody and is not obliged to give a reason; but most developed societies have safeguards against the evil of discrimination.

Once we as a society condone discrimination on the grounds of race, gender, religious conviction, ethnicity, sexual orientation and now perceived obesity, it will be a very sad day for Jersey.
