MORE children’s teeth have been found in the cellars at Haut de la Garenne, bringing the total now recovered to 27.
Of that number, 26 were discovered in cellars three and four and one was found in one of the cisterns in the courtyard.
Results are still awaited on tests in the UK on human bone fragments – some of them burnt and cut – found at the site.
When these finds were announced by police on Wednesday 21 May, deputy police chief Lenny Harper said that the fragments were possible evidence of ‘a dead child or dead children’.
Among those assisting the forensic team are officers from Gibraltar, Detective Constables Albert Attias, Cavalho Soane, and Adam Bautista (pictured).
