However, reports in the national press that Mr Murphy had been murdered have been dismissed by his brother as ‘grossly inaccurate’.
The body of Mr Murphy, a former student at Hautlieu School, was found in the Urubamba river in January. He was last seen alive going out to
celebrate seeing in the New Year. He had been on a two-week trekking holiday in the South American country with a group of other Britons when he died in tragic circumstances.
