The Island’s Chief Minister and Health Minister were attending the tenth British-Irish Council summit hosted by Ireland’s Taoiseach Bertie Ahern.

Senators Frank Walker and Ben Shenton used the opportunity to outline some of the projects that have been set up in Jersey to tackle both drug and alcohol abuse.
