The group was founded ten years ago and now employs 100 staff in Guernsey and ten in London. It services more than 290 funds and is one of Guernsey’s largest fund administration offices.
The firm was named Fund Administrator of the Year at the inaugural Awards for Excellence in Private Equity Advisory Services, Europe 2006.
The new Jersey office will be headed by managing director Andrew Mason, who has more than 22 years of experience in the Jersey finance sector and specialises in private equity and mezzanine fund administration.
