Kaman Nafkha and Jake Baker are in Portsmouth today and the pair also travel to Bournemouth next weekend along with Clayton Romeril, Ciaran Devereux, Harrison Jukes, Marco Zocchi and Nick Carpenter.
Another squad member, Charlie Petulla, is trialling with Leeds United this season.
Island U15 manager and joint-coach Russell Le Feuvre said: ‘The squad is through to the fifth round of the English Schools FA Inter-Association Trophy and with every game we play more and more scouts from professional clubs are turning up to watch.
‘Our lads are in the shop window.
Yes, they are doing very well and they deserve it, too, because they all work hard and they are an extremely talented bunch.
‘I’m sure if Jersey was a county in England all the squad would have already trialled with pro clubs.
‘I’ve been involved with U15 squads for three years and standards are improving every year.
‘It’s a simple fact – it is all down to the coaching work being done on the Island.
‘There are lots of soccer schools for players to attend; players also get coached by physical education teachers and of course there are some excellent coaches among the Island’s clubs.
‘This is a fantastic experience for everyone who has caught the eye and everyone wishes them all well.’
Jersey’s under-15s have a friendly against last year’s Star Trophy squad at Les Quennevais on Wednesday evening as part of their preparation for their fifth-round Inter-Association Trophy match at Springfield on Wednesday 23 January, kick-off 1.30 pm, against Wellingborough & Rushden (Northamptonshire).
