Dave Bourke, from St Martin, has taken up residence in a shop in the Parade Arcade, opposite the ice rink, with his model village display for the fifth year.
The village comes complete with an ice rink with miniature skaters, trains, cable cars, a ferris wheel, merry go rounds and model houses.
Shoppers can pop in and see the display and make a donation at the same time.
All the money raised from the display will go towards muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis charities.
People will also get the chance to buy one of the 73-year-old’s paintings with a percentage of sales going towards the same causes.
