He will step down after nearly 20 years of service as parish representative in the States next December.
He said that he would be stepping down because his wife Cynthia has a long-term illness. ‘It is a case of getting my priorities right, but I will see my term out,’ said Mr du Feu.
He made the announcement on Friday at the municipality’s Christmas reception at the parish hall.
