Justin Rowlatt criticised the Bailiff and Deputy Bailiff for ‘not bothering’ to appear on the prime-time ‘The One Show’ and said that they were ‘probably dull’ anyway. He claimed that Islanders had been far more difficult to persuade on to the TV programme than their Guernsey counterparts the previous night as the show tried to solve the argument over which island is best.
